Connectivity and interdependence
• The red underlines the access fluidity on the Islet. The pathways of the macrostructure parks congregate into the cyclone stairwell towers, that support the Walkways level. The Walkways are a superstructure bridge system, built specifically to house and withstand the intense workday activities.
• From the Walkways (or directly from the parks beneath), pedestrians walk up through the Flyer pillars. Along the two coiling stairways, numerous Wedge rooms may be suspended in the Space Frame sockets.
• Across the ribbed pillars clings the community heart of the Flyer. From there, one retreats to the privacy of the apartment wings

• the connection to shore is achieved by boats and barges, yet temporary and permanent bridges will be provided from the beginning

• mobile inter-connectivity :
bicycles (limited to islets spanning infrastructure)

Interdependence between the multitude of Borrow Islets
• they complement each other functionally and infrastructurally. A college or a small industries park on one Islet would accommodate more than its immediate vicinity. The administrative borough divisions run the great wealth of local services, such as schools, social services, public functions, waste collection and infrastructure, independently or as shared services.
• the Islets connect via the Walkways levels. They may have intermediary landings on independently floating hexagon sections.
